    A summer school on Astronomical Data Analysis (ADA8) is taking place just before the conference (22-24 May), at the same venue and the COSMO21 registration includes the possibility to participate in the ADA8 Summer School.

  • ADA 7, 7th Astronomical Data Analysis Conference

    ADA 7 took place in Carg├Ęse, Corsica, France, on 14-18 May 2012. A full week of Tutorials will precede the Conference, on 7-11 May 2012. A range of innovative themes characterize this conference series, including multiscale geometric transforms such as the curvelet transform, compressed sensing and clustering in cosmology, while at the same time remaining closely linked to front-line open problems and issues in astrophysics and cosmology.     The Matlab software DBlockToolbox100 (Chapter 6) was updated with a new version on 22 November 2011.
    This is Version 3, featuring a self-contained version with additional utilities to manipulate pyramids.

    Presentations from the ADA 6, Astronomical Data Analysis, Conference, held in Monastir, Tunisia, on 3-7 May 2010, are now available.
    A special issue of the journal Statistical Methodology (Elsevier) will contain a selection of papers from the conference. See the conference web site at This conference was held in honour of Prof. Albert Bijaoui.
